Physically and mentally which is just as important. Thinking of food as what nourishes us, rather than what comforts is, is essential in eating healthily.<br /><br />I have a trick I use when it comes to unhealthy stuff. If I know something is bad for me then I tell myself that I don't like it. Like I literally don't like it. I don't like the taste, I don't like the smell, it makes me feel heavy, all those things. <br /><br />Then with stuff I know is healthy I do the opposite. I tell myself I love it. It tastes great, it feels good, it's versatile, it's easy to cook, I tell myself all of those things.
